United Way Tocqueville Society offers its members unique opportunities to enjoy special events in the company of other philanthropic and community-minded individuals.

Tocqueville Society events vary widely from community to community. Examples of local Tocqueville Society events include, but are by no means limited to, an overnight holiday gala on a luxury super liner, a first Tuesday Breakfast featuring a keynote by a local CEO, an elegant seated dinner in a magnificent private home, and local United Way agency tours. While the venues differ, Tocqueville Society events have the following characteristics in common:

  • Dedicated volunteer leadership
  • Commitment to the creation of an unprecedented volunteer experience
  • The opportunity to network with top community leaders
  • Recognition for Tocqueville Society members’ sustaining and unparalleled investment in community.
