United eWay Matching Grants automates the paper-intensive grant matching process while giving you more time to measure and enhance program effectiveness. This service offers professional management of your grant programs and provides year-round collection, research, reporting and payment of gifts based on your unique matching rules. Built on the proven technology and architecture of United eWay’s Online Pledging system, which has processed millions successfully, Matching Grants is an extremely cost effective solution for management of your grant programs.

With United eWay’s Matching Grants system, gift tracking is centralized, processing time is reduced and payments can be received a month or more earlier.

Added Capabilities for Program Effectiveness
Our system supports multimedia files and more so you have the capability to customize the promotion of your matching gift programs. The site is fully customizable to reflect your organization’s look and feel. Administrators can change language and add FAQs to fit the needs of your unique matching gift program and your organizational culture. In addition, the system supports gift payment to any organization that fits your matching gift rules. Administrators login to the system to review the matching gift detail and approve gifts based on corporate/government agency rules.

Easy Tracking
All data entered online is automatically recorded into a centralized web-based tracking system. At any time, an employee, grantee or company administrator can login to the system to view gift status.

Easy To Use
United eWay’s Matching Grants system is easily accessible to employees, grantee organizations and administrators.
* For employees, making a matching grant is only three steps away: 1) Employee views/ selects Matching Grant announcement on homepage, 2) Fills out Matching Grant form online or on paper and, 3) From there, the gift confirmation is displayed with a link to a PDF where the employee prints the form and mails it with payment. Employees can also register an in-person payment with the system, allowing for post-payment organization match and fulltracking capabilities.
* Grantee institutions login to the same system to register, add and confirm new gifts.
* To approve gifts, Administrators login and review the matching gift list by program, status and gift detail.
